Great New Feature Added for our Registered Users

We are working on a number of new features to make this site a more interactive experience for our registered users. The first of these features is now live and ready for you to use. The other features you’ll see roll out over the next 6 months but will definitely be worth the wait.
Next time you login you’ll see a new option under your ‘Create Content’ header. ‘Event’ allows you to add lacrosse related events, clinics, meetings, games etc to the ‘Event Calendar’ on this site. These events will then be viewable to all those visiting and searching the Walax site.
OK, so adding an event to a calendar doesn’t sound that exciting but we haven’t finished. You have a ‘RSVP’ option under your create content header that works in conjunction with any events you create. You’ll be able to send out an RSVP (invite) to a specified list of emails inviting them to the event you have added to the site. Depending on the options you have set for your event, these attendees can see who else is invited, communicate with others invited to the event and pass on the event invite. Best of all your attendees can also respond as: attending, not attending, might attend and not responded, so that you can manage your event invite. This all works a lot like Evite but is on Walax and allows you to manage lacrosse related items through this site while using all the other resources of Walax. Once the invite has gone out you’ll also be able to send out additional messages to your list of attendees.
Well, have fun with the new feature. This is a pilot so we will monitor all items put up on the calendar so please keep them lacrosse related and non offensive.

Cool
Will this include league schedules and Husky home games or just things like special clinics? Either way great idea!
