Hey, just wondering what teams are showoing this year at Bothell, The Navajos have something to unveil, we comin back again, but I don't think it's late enough yet. Just wondering who was going.
Girls game
The Snohomish girls did win. I know most people do not care about the girls game but it was very exciting. The Snohomish team beat a very good Eastside team in the final to go 4-0 for the weekend. It was a battle of defense. 4 to 4 at the half Snohomish's D held the Eagles to a single goal in the second half while Eastside let 2 go by to finish 6-5. Jahmie Day was spectaclar in goal for Snohomish. Look for her in the future. The Snohomish team stormed the field to celebrate the first US Lacrosse Cup Championship. The word on the field is that the Snohomish coaches plan to take this team to the national championships in Denver over Labor Day weekend.
Good luck ladies
Thanks to all 3 girls teams for turning out for this event. They are leading the girls group into the future.
