TOURNAMENT INFO
The World Lacrosse Powwow will bring together 16 International youth teams during August 18th-20th 2007 at the Disney's World of Sports® complex near Orlando, Florida to celebrate the international Lacrosse community.
Held at world-class facilities with terrific weather, the World Lacrosse Powwow will host three days of intense Lacrosse fun for U-11/U-13 teams on three lighted fields.
This is a great opportunity to compete against top-rated competition from all over the world and foster life-long friendships through Lacrosse.
Each team participating in the tourney will be guaranteed 4 games and a maximum of 7 games. Using international tournament rules, games will be 25 minute running halves, officiated by certified officials.
COSTS
The team fee for this tournament is $750. A non-refundable fee of $400 must be submitted by March 1st. There is an addtional fee for those teams who wish to reserve accomodations at an alternative hotel other than the All Star resort. These additional costs will cover the player credentials for the venue and player welcome dinner.
We have negotiated an extremely good rate for teams wishing to stay at the designated team hotel. Accommodation packages start at $292 for a 3 night stay and include all trandport to and from the airport, welcome dinner and transport as well as dedicated shuttles for you from the hotel to and from the fields. Best of all it includes a 2 day pass to the theme parks. If you were to purchase all of this individually it would cost over $800 per person. These packages are open to all players and their supporters.
For full details on the package check out the accomodation page.
