Who Will Win Washington Boys High School State Championship?

Who will be in the championships this year? Issaquah? Mercer Island? Garfield? Bainbridge?

This is going to be the final, Snider will bounce back no problem, i like Garfield because of Snider and Caldwell

Mercer had a rough start but they owned the out of state teams at the invitational game. They are gonna bounce back and REMAIN defending state champs

They should play more teams from out of state. Maybe they'd win more. I can't figure them out. I think they have enough talent to win it all, but so do BI, Garfield and Issy. I just think BI has that extra something that's going to put them over the top. By the way, I think all four of these teams would beat the Maine school and the NC schools that MI beat. Issaquah proved that (at least against the Maine school).

Going to have to say its going to Bainbridge this year. We all know they can take Garfield and MI doesn't have a chance.

M.I. is not going to make it to the show its Garfield and B.I. and if the other Garfield players step up then Garfield will win. We have already seen that B.I.'s defense can triple team Drew Snider and shut him down so Garfield should rely more on their other solid 1st string attack and middies like Danny Hoffman, and Caldwell.

brian gilbreath was one on one with drew snider for most of the night, the other times a different long pole was switched onto him, he was never double teamed.

thats what happened last year and BI shut him out. all that has to happpen for someone to beat garfield and snider is to shut snider off. he's ike the head of the snake, cut off the head and the body will die. bottom line is that snider is overrated, therefore the team is overrated. BI and Issaquah in the title game
Overrated???
C'mon. You can't call the guy overrated. Great players can be shut down with the right defensive schemes, and when they're wearing a big target on their chest/back. Snider can play this game, there's no doubt about it. Can he lead Garfield past Bainbridge? I don't think so. But I've been wrong before.

I think it's pretty clear by now that the cream of the crop in DI is Bainbridge and Garfield. Should be a great finals. I don't expect it will be a high scoring affair as both teams seem to do the job at the D-end. In the end, I like BI, just because of how they handled Snider the first time they met.

Does Bainbridge have a shot this year? In the past they have been a powerhouse..but lacked significantly the past few seasons. MI is the obvious choice but is there a dark horse?

Bainbridge has a really solid program so they are never a team to look past. MI is the obviously number one though, but I wouldnt be surprised to see Garfield play em pretty closely.
