I'm not really a fan of the all "region teams" I enjoy the all state teams much more. But I can see why the did this because of the locked confrence scheduling. Which i'm not a fan of either

Interesting that there's 3 players from Whatcom, but none from a solid team w/ great players like Mukilteo... Is Whatcom's coach working something w/ his connections or what?

The great and wonderful Mukilteo isnt as high and mighty as you think now are they. In my opinion, i would've voted Hoezel before kyton any day. when i played both teams, hoezel was way better at face off then kyton, and when he wanted to score, he did. he didnt just mess around and try to show off. He was a solid player who could face-off, run, shoot, and be an all-star. so stop whining!!!!!! i'm tired of listening to this.

how did the whatcom midfielder make it over kyton? he had more points and was a huge asset to his team in the toughest division. So how did he not get it?

8 coaches voted for the all northeast region team, not just one, and not one coach had more influence than another, so you can drop that part of these talks. AS far as Kyton Blair, it all comes down to the coaches and voting, the coaches, as a whole, in the northeast region must not have felt Kyton was better...

yeah it is interesting because Kyton has been a force to reckon with for a long time, and this Whatcom midfielder is pretty much non-existent vs. any decent teams (which he rarely plays). I have played against him before, and (nothing personal against him- it's not his fault he got first team), and let's just say his lacrosse skills, particularly his cradling, is quite lacking. There were 3-4 middies in the Cascade Conference who would have been better picks, and maybe even 1 or 2 in the Skagit that should have gone ahead of him. It's just shocking that Whatcom would have 3 players. It's obvious they didn't play nearly as good teams as a lot of other teams, and players from teams like Mukilteo (such as Kyton) had WAY better stats anyway.
