PNLA changes this year?

Men's Leagues
So far, it appears Vancouver will not return to the 'A' League this year. Victoria may be back in the 'A' league after the league meeting next week, but we will have to wait and see. Another new team is forming in Seattle from some league young blood, called Nectar, and major player changes are occurring on other teams. Other rumors include a second 'A' team in Portland with all the new NLL talent.
How do we keep the league stable with so much turnover going on, and so many new players? Is it more appealing to stay on a team that needs help, or go to a new team to change the dynamic?
