Hey, what is up with Washington not having a pro lacrosse team. Just last year I heard we were going to get one and we still don't have on. Maybe we didn't have enough skilled players.
no it was because the nll has a team in portland is one of the key reasons.
we had the second biggest attendece out of the wild west tour.
also the mll might not of gotten the deal sighned with qwuest field.
though the nll is thinking about going outdoor to and seattle is on their list for a team. maybe
I believe the new league forming next year (affiliated with the NLL)will include a team in Seattle. Rumor has it they are looking to put teams in cities that do not have MLL franchises. This is why there is a fairly large talent drain from the MLL this season, espescially by athletes who have sponsorship contracts with companies other than Warrior(see Gary Gait Casey Powell Paul Cantabene, and there will be more in the weeks to come).
