A stunning victory 11-9!
I was just wondering how many people went to this game (not including parents).
I'm not good at estimating crowd numbers, but the main (lower) section of the stands was pretty full, extending along both sides of the center line. Most parents had an aunt, uncle or grandparent in tow, along with cousins (future fans). There was a large group (maybe 75) of students from Lakeside that came just for this game, and plenty of other HS and MS players and coaches. Bainbridge was well represented in the stands (but of course had the ferry limiting the number). Most encouraging was the show of college scouts. There were more fans than I have seen at the last few Sounders games I've been to.
