Speed Bump
Submitted by jamison on Tue, 2010-02-16 17:26.What’s up everyone? It’s been two weeks since you last heard from me and a lot has happened since week 4 in Colorado. It has been and continues to be quite an experience being a part of this team as we hit the middle of the 2010 NLL season. Standing at 6-1, coming off our first loss of the season, the guys will try and prepare for the meat of our schedule and without question the most important game we have had thus far.
Rohrbach Report: Working Harder Than Anyone Else

We are done with our spring tryouts and I am pretty impressed with the level of intensity our squad has shown so far. Everyone is focused and ready to defend the League title again this year. This season will be much different than previous years. We lost a lot of talent and only have 3 returning starters. We lost a few all Americans and the League MVP, so for most teams it would be a down year, and that's what everyone is expecting.
Back to Back
Submitted by jamison on Tue, 2010-01-26 15:41.As soon as our game two weeks ago ended, when the Rush came to Everett, the focus shifted. I think everyone on the team, coaches included knew what was coming. It was only the third week of the 2010 season and huge test for the Stealth. After two home wins in the Comcast Arena we had to face the 2008 Cup winners followed by the reigning Champions Cup holders, the Calgary Roughnecks.
Double up
Submitted by jamison on Thu, 2010-01-21 12:15.Last week was another quality victory. Week 2 of the NLL season brought the Edmonton Rush into Everett for Friday night’s game. To be honest, I think that there were mixed feelings going into that game. After such a great opening weekend, what would the follow up be?
Team Sweden adds local talent to roster
Submitted by jamison on Mon, 2009-12-14 15:16.As some of you local Lacrosse faithful may or may not know, the Seattle Lacrosse community recently had two of our local talents selected to the World Team. Not team USA but the Swedish National team. Issaquah’s Kevin Powers and Lakesides Sten Jernudd were recently chosen to represent Team Sweden in the World Cup of Lacrosse this summer 2010 overseas in England. Over a dozen nations will compete including the United States and Canada. Walax recently had a chance to ask the two stand-outs about Lacrosse, international play and of course, Sweden.
Rain or Shine, It's Always a Good Day For Lacrosse
Submitted by stay stealthy on Thu, 2009-11-12 00:20.Everyone told me that it was going to happen, and it has: the rain is here. The sunshine that followed me from California has gone into hiding behind the clouds and the onslaught of steady showers is upon us. But you know what? After an evening in Renton with the newly formed Liberty Lacrosse Club, I’m OK with it.
Monroe Lacrosse on the Rise
Submitted by stay stealthy on Wed, 2009-11-04 22:25.Last week I got the chance to chat with Brandon Fortier about the success and continued growth of the Issaquah Lacrosse Club. But even Issaquah had to start somewhere and they went through the trials and tribulations of organizing a new program much like the team at the focus of my profile this week.
The Rohrbach Report: Season 2 Part 1

The fall is quickly turning to winter in upstate New York at St. Lawrence University. We just finished fall ball with a passionate new assistant coach and a lot of talent in the freshman class.
In the off-season it is important to have fun and to try new things. Our coach loves players who participate in multiple sports because of their varied focuses. So remember to play soccer, football, and even cross-country.
