Fall Ball 2008

Looking for a serious fall ball program?  Look no further - with coaching from our very own  two time John Hopkins Champion (Jamison Koesterer) this year fall ball is for only those players who want to work hard and improve over the fall in anticipation of the spring season.

This fall we will only be running 2 fall sessions (at Marymoor Park) for boys to allow us to focus on skill growth rather than a general all around playing program.  Int/Adv HS teams will play at the beginning of the week with Int/Adv playing towards the later part of the week.

All sessions will run for 90 mins from 5:30 - 7pm each week for 8 weeks.  Our fall program runs from the week commencing Sept 8th through to the week commencing October 27th.  The exact days of the sessions will be dependant on the number of teams signing up but currently HS will play on Monday and Tuesday with 7/8 playing on Thursday and Friday.  Wednesday will be used for the addition of 2 teams for the 7/8 or HS teams if needed.  A schedule will be created and each team will play one session per week on ONE of their days.

Each week the first 30 minutes will be spent doing team instructional concepts with Coach Koesterer followed by a 60 minute scrimmage applying the concepts learned earlier.  This is meant as a prequel to the 2009 season and for those really wanting to improve and grow through the off season.

We are accepting team and individual sign ups.  For those signing up individually please check with your team first to see if they are submitting a team.  We already have several interested team programs including Seattle Starz so we can promise you quality coaching and play each week.

For team sign ups please contact Jamison Koesterer.

For individual sign ups please print off the sign up form and mail with a check for $120 to the address included on the form. Click here for the individual sign up form

All players will need to bring full gear with them each week - Helmet, gloves, Arm Pads, Shoulder Pads, Cup, Mouth Guard, and a stick.

Follow these directions: Marymoor Park, Redmond, WA (fields 3 and 4)
