10 Questions with Special K
Last week, we were delighted to receive news that NCAA all American, Tewaaraton Award winner and MLL All Star midfielder Kyle Harrison would be in town.
Having known Kyle from College I was looking forward to seeing him again only a week after Hawaii but more importantly I was excited for the players.
Only about a dozen athletes turned out due to only a weeks’ notice and flight cancellation, but I believe what those midfielders got out of a very very rainy hour and a half was beyond beneficial. Kyle is and was the definition of professional. Quick and valuable advice and demonstrations followed with player involvement and drill repetition. For those that were there and might not have realized it, what you did was basically part of the work out Kyle does every day to work on his shooting.
Having professional Lacrosse players come to Seattle can only have an impact on us if we are there to learn. Kyle said he was impressed with some of the talent he saw and certainly looked forward to coming back some time in the spring. Before he left we went shoe shopping and grabbed some food giving me a chance to ask some questions others might not.

KH18: “Wow, tough one. Halle Berry first and foremost, Angelina Jolie or Jessica Biel. She definitely has her thing going on”.
