One of the benefits of participating in the Walax leagues, clinics and private lessons is the talented coaching staff.  Whether you are looking for the first catch and throw, a better shot, defensive footwork, field sense or dodge, we have a coach who can help you out!

Lake Placid has drawn some of the best Lacrosse from around the country in what has become a select elite open division with a masters division.  Check here for more info: http://lakeplacidlax.com/.  Lake Placid Tourney runs the second weekend in August.
