Do I need to bring a lunch to camp?
- Yes you do. A half hour will be given for lunch and campers are responsible for bringing their own lunch. Also, bring a water bottle for those hot days. We will have water on hand and we frequently give water breaks so make sure to bring your water bottle.

Are these camps ok for beginners?
- Yes, camps are the best way to start your Lacrosse career under the instruction of some of the best local coaches and players. We have designed these camps to meet the needs of first timers all the way up to the most experienced high school Lacrosse players. There is no better way to begin Lacrosse than learning at a camp.

Are the camps ok for more experienced players?
- Yes, we will have top division one and division three players on hand to work with everyone from beginner too experienced.

What is a typical day at camp like?
- In the morning we will start with basic passing and catching drills and work on various fundamentals such as dodges, groundballs, and stick work. The late morning we will focus on more skill-based drills such as one-on-ones, fast breaks, odd man situations, and offensive/defensive work. Players will be divided by skill and taught at their appropriate skill level by top rated coaches. We will have a half hour break for lunch then we go into games and practices in the afternoon.

Should I sign up now or wait to the summer?
- The faster you sign up the better. We only allow so many players into the camps and every camp has sold out over the last two years. We do this so we are able to keep a good player to coach ratio. To ensure your son or daughter has a spot in the summer time sign up before the sign ups are closed.

What are the camp hours?
- Camp runs from 9am-2pm. For the high school camp the hours will be 10am to 3pm.

Where do I go to Register for camp?

- Return to the registration page right here: http://www.walax.com/summer2005/cmcamps.htm, for the girls  Walax Xcel camp register here
