Dear Northwest Lacrosse Fans:

I'm proud to announce that Simon Fraser Head Coach Darren Fridge has just signed on as an Assistant Coachwith the new NLL franchise, the Vancouver Ravens. No word yet on who Darren's replacement will be at SFU. Also, SFU star Attackman/Midfielder Pete Morgan has also signed a contract to play with the Ravens during the innaugural season. I'm pretty sure Pete will be the first PNCLL player to ever move on to the pros.

Earlier, former Head Coach Jeff Gombar signed with Vancouver to play Goal for them.Congratulations to Darren, Pete and Jeff, and here's hoping they represent our league well in their professional careers!
