Seattle, WA Oregon Episcopal School has agreed to travel to Seattle to play Mercer Island High School at 4:30pm on March 19, 2005. The game will be played inside the Dempsey Indoor Center on the University of Washington campus as part of the second-annual Husky Lacrosse Indoor Lacrosse Tournament.
OES captured the Oregon high school championship this past Spring, while MIHS won the Washington title. Tournament organizers hope to stage this Inter-state battle of champions as an annual event to help kick off the high school lacrosse season. In 2005, the high school game will played immmediately after a college game (Oregon State vs Rhode Island) which faces off at 2pm. The Tournmant's feature game, which will follow the OES-MIHS game at 7:30, has pre-season USL-MDIA #15 Simon Fraser against #22 Chapman in a battle of two high-powered offenses.

Tourney host Washington will play Wednesday March 16th against Rhode Island (7:00), Friday March 18th against Chapman (4:00) and Sunday versus conference rival Oregon State in the Husky Invitational.
