Fox's new Medical Drama, "House," which premiered on Nov. 16, had a strong lacrosse influence on the second episode aired on Nov. 23.

Featured in this episode are two lacrosse scenes. The episode is directed by Scott Hochstadt (Anaheim Storm player and Warrior Lacrosse Rep.), who also appears in the action along with a group of kids and coaches from the the Starz Lacrosse Club high school program. The actors in the scene are high school players from the Orange County, South Bay, and Hollywood Starz teams.

Warrior Lacrosse donated all the equipment as well as the MLL-style jersey's for the scenes as lacrosse gets a chance to shine on prime-time national TV. In the first scene where players play out a Prep School game wearing jersey's from the Adrenaline Club team and St. Margaret's HS in Orange County.

The show exhibited banners from Starz Lacrosse, South Swell Sports and Warrior.

Episode plot:

DR. HOUSE GOES WITH HIS GUT AND PERFORMS AN UNETHICAL ACT TO PROVE WHAT HE SUSPECTS TO BE THE LINK TO A TEENAGE LACROSSE PLAYER'S ILLNESS IN ORDER TO SAVE THE BOY'S LIFE
ON 'HOUSE' TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 23, ON FOX

When a teenage lacrosse player is stricken with an unidentifiable brain disease, Dr. House and the team hustle to give his parents answers. Chase breaks the bad news, the kid has MS, but the boy's night-terror hallucinations disprove the diagnosis and send House and his team back to square one. As the boy's health deteriorates, House's side-bet on the paternity of the patient infuriates Dr. Cuddy and the teenager's parents, but may just pay off in spades on the ?Paternity? episode of HOUSE Tuesday, Nov. 23

House is a great hospital drama with a twist, sarcsism and comedy all coming from the leader, Dr. Gregory House (Hugh Laurie). Omar Epps (Dr. Taylor Foreman) had a previous acting gig as a Dr. Dennis Grant in another hospital drama, ER. Although Hugh Laurie puts on an American accent, critics think his role as Dr. Greg House is a "memorable" acting moment of his.

Dr. House and his team of handpicked experts all specialize in diagnosing their very ill-fated patient and solving the very mysterious and critical case of the unknown sickness. Only the most serious and unheard of cases of sicknesses go in their direction. The team will make the diagnosis, legal-or-not and just about everyhting they can think of to save their patients lives and not have to put another one in a bodybag. But through all of this drama, Dr. House and the crew still keep their comical side and crack a few jokes, to entertain themselves or their patients, but that's just how Dr. House is.

The team includes neurologist Dr. Eric Foreman (Omar Epps), who might have past with some suspicions; immunologist Dr. Allison Cameron (Jennifer Morrison); and former money intensevist Dr. Rorbert Chase (Jesse Spencer). House's other good friend Dr. James Wilson (Robert Sean Leonard), an oncology specialist with whom Dr. House goes to and consults on a daily term.
