Bob Baumstark has re-emerged as a Lacrosse coach in the Vegas Valley, here is what the Las Vegas Review Journal had to offer:

The Palo Verde HS Panther lacrosse team from the Las Vegas suburb of Summerlin finished their season with a 14-4 exhibition win over visiting Woods Cross (Utah).  Under first year head coach Bob Baumstark, the Panthers were 10-2 during the regular season. Post season wins over Shadow Ridge and The Meadows School led to a championship showdown with the two time defending champion Centennial Bulldogs. Centennial won the well-played game 7-4.  The Panthers also placed third of 16 teams from four states in the preseason Best-of-the West HS tournament played at UNLV, and advanced to the championship bracket at the Orange County (Calif) LAX tournament. Bob Baumstark was formerly the head coach at Port Angeles HS, Washington, where he coached the Riders to an undefeated Division II State Championship in 2001.

We wish Bob success in his new coaching position, and know he will keep the tradition alive.
