On February 26, the PCA Sport Parent Workshop and Timer's and Scorer's Training
will go from 2:00 to 4:00pm at the Bertona classroom of SPU. Since this is the
weekend before the season starts, it is a GREAT time to have your Timer and
Scorer attend some training. WALOA will provide training on how to properly execute these tasks,
improving the flow of the game and reducing "Box Errors". The Sport Parent
Workshop is a training session for Sideline Managers, providing instruction and
methods of maintaining a positive culture on the sidelines, making your job much
easier. If you haven't ever attended a timer's and scorer's training, we
recommend doing this to help your team. Timers' and Scorers' are highly
sought after, and we never have enough!
