The Tenth Annual Eugene Celebration Tournament appeared to be a success on all levels. Some great games were had and all seemed to enjoy the injury free event. After an action filled first day, the field was narrowed to Huron, Squamish Nation, College Inn and Wy-East. In the semi-finals, all four teams put in a good show, especially College Inn which came from a 3 goal deficit to seal a win over Wy-east with a goal in the last minute of play. The Finals saw Squamish Nation Show College Inn which country has lacrosse as it's national sport. Credit needs to go to the pub boys for not packing it in after a dismal first half, but it was to little too late as Squamish Nation took home their first title in only their second year of tournament play. Thanks to all who participated and made it great...see you next year!!!!
