Camp, Bainbridge Island (June 26-27):
BAINBRIDGE ISLAND hosts the 6th Annual
Canadian National Team WOMEN'S LACROSSE CAMP June 26-27
LOCATION: Bainbridge Island High School
TIME: Saturday, 9:30 am-6:00 pm & Sunday, 9:30-5:30 pm
CHECK-IN: Saturday, 9:00 am; Players will be divided into coaching groups
based on individual skills and previous playing experience. An Elite
group consisting of Regional Team players, All-Stars, and college/club

Curtis Girls Lax
Camp (June 28 to July 16):
Curtis HS district will be offering a girls Lax camp for grades 6-12 (ages
12-18) in University Place, WA (near the Narrows Bridge in Tacoma). Led by
Curtis Coach Stu Prince, the camp will be offered for beginning and advanced beginning
players four days a week, M-Th from 9am to Noon. The camp will go from June 28
to July 16(no meeting on July 5). It will include basics on beginning
skills for girls and game situations. Mostly, it will be three weeks of
fun and lacrosse.
All girls are required to provide their own gear (crosse, mouthgaurd, clothes).
This camp is offered through University Place School District's Summer School
Program.

Summer Camp (Augsut 24-26 & 27-29):
SFU (2nd Place in US Club Nationals this year) is holding 2 camps on the SFU
campus in Vancouver Canada.
- August 24-26 9:30am-2:30pm Ages:9-13 $85
- August 27-29 9:30am-2:30pm Ages:14-18 (HS) $85
SFU Summer Camp Program:
The camps are held at the same time as the Western Lacrosse Association
playoffs. Players such as Gary and Paul Gait, NCAA Scoring leader John Grant Jr.
(Delaware), and a host of Toronto Rock NLL champions Chris Gill, Colin Doyle,
Pat Coyle, Dan Stroup, and Russ Heard could be in the midst
of their playoffs at that time. Last year, 4 campers from Bainbridge Island
attended the camp and had a great time.
