I'd like to see both Oregon H.S. lacrosse coaches (I think you know WHO you are, MOST are fine) and H.S. players treat referees with a little more respect. The referees are doing the best that they can. We, too, want to see the sport grow. The exhibitions of screaming and complaining aren't too impressive. What kind of example are we showing the kids/players/parents? Let's remember that it is JUST a GAME! Be good sports, show some sportsmanship! What happened in Hood River (Ref chased and shot at with paintball gun) is one step away from someone being pointlessly killed. What is worth that? Oregon teams would love to play some Washington teams this summer. It would be great for us, Grant High School, to play some Washington "B" teams. Plus, I think a game between our state champs and your state champs would be a fun thing to see. Are any of you Washington guys going to Colorado this summer? --ZB #55--

The cycle has begun anew. First trash talkers get the Washington board taken down, and now we see the same people on the Oregon board. Let's try to be a bit more congenial, shall we? I don't think we want to get all of the boards taken down. It would be a shame if the Oregon board got taken down as well. As for Washington teams playing Oregon teams, I think it would be a lot of fun... kind of difficult to set up, though. I'd like to hear some more ideas about it. Zach Luther - Hale #26

Oregon will be sending a high school team to Vail. Also the Oregon All-Star team will be playing Washington on June 6, before the PNLA final four at OES. The Oregon team is really looking forward to playing washington.

My money is on Washington. For the reason that the WA team works like a machine. I don't know about the Oregon team. Good luck all.
