Following on from the success of last years
event, Seahawks Stadium will again be the home to the Washington Lacrosse
Championships for 2004. Add the date to your calendar for what plans to be
the best event to date.
This year the Washington Chapter of US Lacrosse
has partnered with First and Goal and the MLL to bring the Baltimore
Bayhawks and Rochester Rattlers to Seattle for our championship event.
The Rattlers and Bayhawks will play their season opener to what plans to be
a packed stadium at 8:00pm after the conclusion of the Division 1 HS Boys
championship game. ESPN2 will film the MLL game for televising June 1 at
4:00pm. It will also be shown live on Kong TV.
A schedule for the day has now been set and
tickets are available for purchase through your local HS and MS teams or
online via Walax. This year we also have a a special clinic to be held at the
stadium on Friday May 21 staffed by the Rattlers and Bayhawks. We have
a limited number of spaces available for this clinic so purchase these
tickets early as once they are sold out we can not offer more. As you
can image, this plans to be a great weekend once again and gives us the
opportunity to showcase the growing talent we have in the Northwest in a
spectacular setting.
