SCHEDULE:

9:00 - 10:30 Rules Interpretation - Classroom
10:30 - 11:15 Team Registration (See Insurance Below) and Umpire Registration - Classroom

If you are playing or officiating at 11:30 please register between 10:30 and 10:45

9:00 - Noon: Umpire Exam Classroom (you can take the test during or after the rules interpretation session - please contact Glynis Thakur at [email protected] if you plan on taking the test).

11:30 - 4:30 Games / Officiating

 A separate umpire schedule will be distributed ASAP.

 COACHES: INSURANCE AND WAIVER FORMS

The following form is a waiver that all players need to sign.  If at all possible, please have the players sign ahead of time, otherwise time will be spent during registration to complete the form

This second form is the insurance form.  There is a US Lacrosse Registration fee $3.00 / team and a $2.50/ player. Please fill out this form for all NON-US Lacrosse Members.

I-5 South or I-5 North

Rt 16 West

Take Union Ave East

Turn Right off the ramp

Go about 2 miles

At Union and N11th is the Fieldhouse, Stadium, and parking lot.

We will use two fields:

            Baker Stadium Field - Field # 1)

            East Field (behind the Fieldhouse) - Field # 2

            Lower Baker for the Tori Wellington HS mini-clinics

 The classroom is inside the Fieldhouse; second floor, East side; Room 201.
