Tournament Results

The Northwest Regional Team played in the University of Washington Tournament on May 11 & 12 going 2 & 2 for the weekend taking 3rd Place. All competitions were against club and college teams. Northwest beat Western Washington University and Barracuda Club and bowed down to the veteran players of RELAX Club and Portland Club.

The Northwest Regional Team played as a team for the first time in the Portland Tournament on April 28. A weekend wrought with rain, lightning storms and hail but none the less successful for the team. In their first competition Northwest challenged the University of Oregon and was up 8-0 when the game was called after 11:29 due to lightning. U of O was unable to penetrate NW's relentless defense and did not get one shot off.

The second game was a fun match up with Olympia Club who had guest players from University of Montana. Northwest won that game with 10 goals.
