FEE: Clinic Fee total is $65.00. $50.00 is applied to USL membership.

Directions: From 405 or I-5 take 520 east to Redmond. At the end, go straight through the light and continue on this street, which is Avondale Road. Cross 2 sets of lights, turn right at the third set of lights, onto Novelty Hill road. Take the first left at Redmond Road. Overlake driveway is on the right side about a 1/2 mile up.
