The Washington Chapter of US Lacrosse has been awarded Chapter of the Month for it's outstanding success in organizing the Washington Lacrosse Championships featuring the MLL's Rochester Rattlers and Baltimore Bayhawks at the end of May.

Beth Reisinger, Director of Chapter Relations attended the championship weekend and was impressed not only by the growth and popularity of the sport here in Washington but also the extremely professional and successful event we created. Chapter President, Mark Larson and Championship Event Mgr, Paula Wilkinson have been invited to a upcoming USL meeting to discuss the success of these events over the last 2 years.

US Lacrosse is represented by 51 regional chapters located throughout the United States. A percentage of every US Lacrosse member's membership dues is directed back to the regional chapter of their choice to help support local lacrosse initiatives.
