Panthers Lacrosse Club

2001 City League Champs!

The Panthers Lacrosse Club made their inaugural debut in the Washington HS Boys Lacrosse League this year. And what a season it was. The young Panthers went 11-3 on the season, won the City League Championship and came in second in the state. The team is comprised of Seattle Prep Boys and players from the Seattle Metro Area who attend a school that does not currently field a lacrosse team. Team practices are held beginning in late February at Sand Point Playfield in Magnuson Park. (Map to Field)

Directions to Practice/Game Field: Magnuson Park North Athletic Field (65th St. and Lake Washington)

Take Montlake/UW. exit off of 520 and go North. Go past Husky Stadium and keep going. Bear right as the road turns into Sand Point Way. Follow Sand Point Way to the Light at 65th St. Go right into Magnuson Park. Stay straight when you enter the park, past big yellow building on left and follow to the end of the road.

Take the 65th St. exit off of I-5 North. Go straight at the stop sign and go to the light at 65th. Go right (EAST) onto 65th. Follow 65th all the way across town. Go straight at the light at Sand Point Way into Magnuson Park. Stay straight when you enter the park, past big yellow building on left and follow to the end of the road.
