Outlook:

Offense: In 2000, the offense will be led by returning 1999 All- American, Senior midfielder, Jordan Bayly. Having lost All-league attackman Joel Dorwart, Junior Bryce Andrews looks to step in and lead the attack unit. Others to watch at attack include Seniors Frank Kaminski and Colby Hanover and Freshman Johnny Miller. Junior Matt Sinkula will control the face-offs and looks to step it up at the midfield in 2000. Junior Brady Lynch and Sophomore Scott McCann are also ones to watch in the midfield.

Defense: Having lost two key defenseman from the '99 squad, Junior Co-Captain John Trenkamp looks to anchor the 2000 defense. Big things are expected from Senior Sean Dwyer as he and newcomer David Lyle (Junior) solidify a physical defensive unit.

Goal: In goal, Senior Justin Patterson returns to keep the nets clean. Also, Senior and newcomer Kiel Lunsford will see considerable time.

Overall: Eastside is fairly young and inexperienced, but returns a solid core. The added depth in 2000 should help Eastside make a push to get back to the finals as it reached in '95 and '96.
