PNLA

The PNLA  is a league of post collegiate Men's club teams from Washington, BC and Oregon. The league is divided into two divisions, "A" more competitive and "B" competitive.

League Rules:
The league plays under International Club Rules for all games. Below are additional league rules that have been adopted to augment the International Club rules.
Stick heads may be pinched to no more narrow than six inches wide across the top.
No more than 5 long poles may be on tbe field at anyone time.
If a player is ejected from the game for fighting, the player is ineligible for the next "League" game, ie game that counts towards league standings. If a second occurrence happens during the same season, the player is ineligible for the remainder of that season including playoffs.
A player must play in more than half of a team's regular season games in order to be eligible for that teams playoff games. The only exception is if a player is on the original pre-season roster and misses games due to injury, then the player is eligible.
Once a player has played in more than one "League" game for a particular team in a season, that player is only eligible to play for that team for the remainder of the season. This also pertains to jumping from the A league to B league or vice versa. Once a player has played in more than one "League" game in the B League for a particular team, they can not jump to the A League and vice versa.
For league games, a team may only use eligible players to play the game. If ineligible players are used, the game will be considered a forfeit.
Teams need to provide the opposing teams with at least 48 hours notice prior to forfeiting a scheduled game. If less than 48 hours notice is given, the forfeiting team is responsible for any costs associated with lost fees to refs and field rentals.
Home teams are responsible for having at least one qualified ref in attendance for the game. If refs are not available for the game, the home team will take the forfeit for the game. It is highly suggested that home team captains confirm with assigned refs that they will be in attendance for the game.
Ties for league playoffs standings are broken based on the following tie breakers in order: 1. Overall Record 2. Head to Head Record 3. Point differential in head to head games
