From Matt Sauri:
Sound Lacrosse Club was started by post-collegiate
and veteran club lacrosse players in August, 2002.
The philosophies of the team are that 1) the ball
moves faster in the air than when its cradled, 2)
bitching is a surfing term, not something that
should happen amongst teammates or to referees and
3) lacrosse is a full-contact game that should be
played at full speed.
Also Sound Lax feels that the game should be better
for its commitment to lead the charge of helping to
continue the growth of youth lacrosse in Western
Washington; this will happen mainly through
coaching, getting corporate sponsorships, and by
hosting fund-raising parties that will involve the
entire league.
