Minutes for February 10, 2004 Meeting

1. The first board meeting is Tuesday, February 24th at 7:00 at TOPS Seward.

2. Next meeting is April 6th at TOPS Seward School (2500 Franklin Avenue
East, Seattle) in the library at 7:00 PM. Tim will verify location with TOPS
and advise if it will be at a different location or Time.

3. If you have any revisions to your schedule please let Todd Thorpe know.
*If you have a game that is cancelled please let the referees and the other
coach know at least 48 hours before the game. If not the game will be
forfeited.

4. Richard Burke will send out invoices to each team for referee fees.
- Please sent Richard your dues of $35 for each team if you have
not already done so.

5. Please encourage all of your players and coaches to sign up for the
US Lacrosse Foundation. Benefits:
- Insurance for players
- Lacrosse magazine
- Part of fee comes back to our chapter
