2004 Season

The Roughriders Lacrosse Club competes in Division 2 of the Washington High School Boys Lacrosse Association. The team consists primarily of Roosevelt students, with many Ballard and Blanchet High School students also contributing to our success.

Coached by Roosevelt parent, Scott MacFarlane, the Roughriders won the 2003 Metro Conference with a record of 8-3.

Assitant coaches for 2004 are Todd McGuire, Ken Bolte and Matt MacGregor.

The 2004 season looks bright with many returning upper classmen and a good crop of new players. Roughriders Varsity will play 10-12 games and the JV side will play about 6 games in the 2004 campaign. The Roughriders are one of the favorites to win the DII State Championship this year. Hope to see yall in Seahawks Stadium in May!

2004 Home Games will be played at Eckstein Middle School and Magnuson Park.

2003 Team Captains were Rick Martell-Scott, Tony Maack and Kurt Preuss from Roosevelt and Jerry Kerr from Blanchet.
