WHSBLA 2011 Teams/Players/Coaches/All-Americans and more

Well, one thing is for sure, with the growing lack of parity between top 10 division I teams and the rest, point differentials and points for/against have become an exercise in the Tierney Rule to keep the score under 20.  Is this a good thing for the bottom teams or the top teams?  Is Division II competitive with these same teams?  Does it make more sense to grow Division II?  Does this impact the ability for players to stand out on teams not in the top 10 when all-state or All-American?
