4/29 – 4/30
Bigfoot traveled up to Seattle for a double header weekend that started off with the undefeated Huron. Things did not go good for the boys from Portland, things didn’t go well at all. Huron dropped a 13-1 beat down on Foot, I think Huron might be kinda good.
Saturday also saw Crease Monkeys play Eugene. Despite Monkeys only playing with 10 players, they were able to pull out a 9-8 victory.
Sunday stared off with Multnomah playing Monkeys who were able to get some reinforcements. Monkeys jumped out to a quick 5-0 lead and things were looking bleak for the Nomah guys. Thanks to great play in the goal and the defense tightening things up, Nomah was able to come back and pull out an 8-6 victory in overtime.
Huron and Coppers matched up on Sunday for the second time of the year and things went again for Huron as they were able to win 6-2 keeping their record perfect. The question is still, can Huron finish this year?
Bigfoot and Tentawon also played but no score was posted.
