On August 4th, 5th, and 6th the Elite 80 Camp celebrates its 10th year with a great line up of guest coaches. Four stellar college head coaches will be in Seattle to instruct a camp roster made up of the top players in the northwest.  Kevin Corrigan of Notre Dame,  Terry Mangan of Lafayette University, Guy VanArsdale of Colorado College, and Mike Mahoney of St. Lawrence University will be present.

The Eastlake Lacrosse-sponsored 2nd Annual "Collegiate Clash" game is scheduled for Sunday April 18th @ 4:30pm between UW and Simon Fraser.This is a great opportunity for the youth of our area to see that great lacrosse is played at the college level locally.  Many local players are on the UW roster.  The UW vs. Central Washington game at Eastside Catholic a couple of months ago was packed to the brim.

The University of Washington will host the PAC-10 Shootout this weekend as a great kick off to the 2010 season. Annually the schools of the PAC-10 play each other as part of their conference and out of conference schedule. This year teams participating are Stanford, University of Oregon, Oregon State, Cal, USC, and your own Washington Huskies.

Lacrosse All-Stars Ned Bowen (MLL) and NCAAL Champion, Jason Leneau (MLL) and NCAA Champion and Chris O'Dougherty (NLL/MLL) will be showcasing their playing and coaching talents next weekend here in Seattle. In association with Walax, Ned, Jason and Chris will be participating in this year’s annual Middle School Mash-up at Marymoor Park February 14th.  Ned Bowen, Jason Leneau and Chris O'Dougherty will demonstrate offensive/defensive oriented clinic along with the All-Out coaching staff.

Walax would like to welcome those who are wishing to partake of this year’s Middle School mash-up. The event was a great success last year giving 6 local middle school teams quality competition along with clinics and positional demos from Danny Glading, Jason Leneau and Ned Bowen both NCAA All Americans from the University of Virginia. This year with help from the Washington Stealth we aim to do the same. We have expanded the field to over a dozen teams and hope to include some out of town competition for our local teams. What a better way to start the Spring season than with a Mash?

A 3x College All American from Johns Hopkins, 2x midfielder of the year  2005 National Champion and the Tewaaraton Trophy recipient. Kyle has played 5 years in the MLL 4 of those being selected to the ALL Star game. Member of the 2006 U.S. World Team and co-founder of Run N’ Gun Lacrosse Kyle looks to bring his knowledge, talent and style to the Seattle area. The demonstration is open to ALL Ages.
