CHECK IN: 8AM-9AM
Please bring a copy of your registration form, receipt of payment and full equipment. We will provide you with an Under Armour Jersey, T-shirt, water bottle, and bumper sticker for your helmet or car. Once you have checked in, there will be balls to throw around with. If you elect to shoot, you MUST be wearing a helmet.

9AM-11AM: STATIONS
For each day, we will begin with full-field stickwork and stretching. This is what made me a better player at Johns Hopkins University. We will be implementing a lot of the same drills and explanations that have allowed myself and other professional athletes to excel on all levels. Every morning is dedicated to station work. These are minimal contact drills with maximum repetition. Before each station, the coaching staff will demo a specific drill and technique to increase the knowledge and ability of each player in attendance. Water breaks included.

11AM-12PM: LIVE DRILLS
For an hour between lunch we will work on 1 v 1’s and 2 v 2’s. Staff members will explain the importance of individual play that helps the team as a whole. We will work on playing on-ball and off-ball, offence and defense, from all different angles of the field.

12PM-1PM: LUNCH AND VIDEO HIGHLIGHTS
We will provide the campers with optional lacrosse video sessions. These will include: NCAA D1 Final Four and Championship Games, Johns Hopkins highlight films, and instructional videos.

1PM-2:30PM: SITUATIONAL WORK
Players will be divided into even teams by age group. Each team will be assigned a coach to represent them all week. The Coach will then be responsible for running team oriented drills, such as: Riding and Clearing drills, team defense and offence drills, etc. Following this 30 minute segment, the team will compete in three, fifteen minute round-robin games.

2:30pm-3PM: INSTRUCTION AND CONTESTS
Each day ends with further instruction on a lacrosse specialty concept from one or two coaches. Pending on the concept, campers will compete in several contests with Under Armour and Maverik prizes going to the winners. Contests include:
Fastest Shot
Braveheart
Target Contest
Face-off Contests
