Huskies Open Season Up At Western's Vikings, 7:30 January 29th!

Kicking off their 2010 season,  the Washington Huskies Lacrosse program will travel to Bellingham to take on Western Washington's Vikings Friday night at 7:30 on Wade King Turf Field. The Huskies begin another year squarely pitted in position to make a run at the playoffs against a Vikings team who has added firepower coming off their playoff run.

Though these two teams compete in separate divisions, the match-up always proves to be a great game featuring former Washington state high school rivals and teammates alike. Last season’s game ended in a 25 – 6 win for the Huskies, but both teams have changed their dynamic since last season.  come out Friday night and catch the first game of the season for the dawgs as they welcome some new players and an offensive coordinator to the team.
